1. What do you do when you’re not making art? (Day job etc...).

I'm a writing professional and dedicate a good portion of my free time to local organizing.

2. Why do you make art?

I make art to satisfy the creative energy within me.

3. What inspires you?

The Earth, folktales, and the people's resistance to oppression.

4. What/who are your influences?

The Latin American surrealist movement.

5. If you could meet anyone dead or alive who would it be?

Unsure.
